  In principle, no cancellation, return or exchange is possible once an order is made.

• 品質には万全を期しておりますが、万一、お届けの際に商品の劣化･破損が起こった場合は、再度同等の商品をお届けいたします。

  We give the highest attention to our products’ quapty. If, despite this, your item is delivered in a damaged or deteriorated state, we will deliver to you the same product.
